Listen to the SEOfool dole out some good advice on using keywords in your domain for ranking. I know for a fact this has a huge effect on your ranking, especially for longer tail searches.
I think you can combine 3 keywords together from any popular long tail phrase for maximum ranking power, however SEO fool seems to think only 1 keyword is a good idea. I have had good results with 3, so SEOfool might need to try using more. Still a good video and pretty much spot on in every other aspect.
